Welcome Back!

Greetings to all of you awesome blog readers. I apologize for the long respite from my page. There were a number of personal changes in my life this past year that distracted me from feeding my writing passion. I changed jobs, we moved to a new state, and got a new home. I traveled on enough SW flights to earn a companion pass (that is A LOT of flights), and my son graduated from high school. I think I filled my quota on stressors for quite a while. Maybe for the rest of my life!

So, about the new State...we moved to Florida. Our home is on an acre of land that is slightly outside of the hustle and bustle of the "city", yet we are a mere 20 minutes away from the excitement of Tampa. Although I was a little worried about living on the East end of the US, I no longer have concern. This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been and I get to call it "HOME". Its unbelievable!

I have more to post in the coming days...lots to share with you. For now, I just wanted to reach out and let my blog followers know that I am back up in the saddle and hoping you enjoy my new and improved site filled with tidbits about travel, entertaining, baking, kids, pups, and loving life! :)
